Pesto Ingredients

Lots of fresh greens from the garden, enough to fill a blender. Rocket, young spinach, mustard plant etc.

Parmeson            Half a cup

Nuts                     1 cup (walnuts, almonds, pine nuts)

Lemon juice         1 lemons worth

Garlic                   lots of cloves, to taste

Salt and pepper

Olive Oil              drizzle plenty

Blend until smooth.
